1: Travel Product Executive – Itinerary & Vendor Management

Location: Hybrid (Remote + Occasional Office Meetings)

Role Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–2 years in the travel or tourism industry

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Product Executive to join our team at Off The Radar. In this role, you will be responsible for creating travel itineraries, coordinating with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and working closely with local and international vendors to build engaging and well-researched travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design customized and group travel itineraries based on client needs and tour goals
  • Coordinate with DMCs and vendors across various destinations to obtain quotes, availability, and logistical details
  • Prepare well-structured travel packages, including pricing, inclusions, and value-added services
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, rates, and destination updates
  • Support the operations and marketing team with content and pricing inputs for brochures and digital listings
  • Assist in refining tour concepts and optimizing travel products for efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry (experience with a travel agency or tour operator is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage professional relationships with vendors and partners
  • A good understanding of domestic and international destinations, travel logistics, and seasonal travel trends
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic itinerary planning tools
